Works > Monument to Hank Paulson

On the dry wall/icebergs is inscribed a long speech that Hank Paulson gave at the Reagan Library on November 20th, 2008. The endless repetition of the metaphor between the global economic crisis and enviromental calamity is striking. Possibly my favorite line in the speech is when he quotes Warren Buffet, "It's only when the tide goes out that you learn who's been swimming naked."
